In the dinner table series, I am focusing on the everyday activities of the family meal, dining and drinking with friends, and the group dynamics of these gatherings. Central to this idea are the relationships that take place during meals, the act of eating, the basic need for sustenance, and the things we eat and what that says about us. The chairs, tables, place-settings and food all allude to the human actions without the presence of human figures.
